The subject of this contract is: Collection and management of hospital waste Task 1 Collection of waste other than medical waste The Contracting Authority does not allow submitting partial bids. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Appendix 2b, 3 to the SWZ 3.3. In cases where, in the description of the subject matter of the contract, trade marks, patents or origin, a source or a specific process characterising certain products or services supplied by a particular contractor have been indicated, this means that the Contracting Authority cannot describe the subject matter of the contract in a sufficiently precise and intelligible manner; however, in each such situation the Contracting Authority allows an equivalent solution to that described above. In such cases, any indications of trade marks, patents, origin, a source or a specific process that characterises certain products or services supplied by a particular contractor must be read together with the words “or equivalent”.
