Collection and management of waste generated in connection with the conducted activity The subject of the contract in Part I is: 1. Collecting and managing waste generated in connection with the conducted activity by Przedsiębiorstwo Komunalne Pegimek Sp. z o.o. in Świdnik; 2. Equipping the places from which waste will be collected with containers for collecting waste and maintaining these containers in an appropriate sanitary, tidiness (order) and technical condition. Part II The subject of the contract in Part II is the collection and transport of waste with code 19 08 01 scum. The waste is generated in the mechanical part of a municipal sewage pumping station originating from the city of Świdnik and is retained on a mechanical screen; it is not hazardous waste. The Contracting Authority has its own container for scum KP-7. The Contracting Authority informs that the scum will be collected from the sewage pumping station at ul. Krępiecka 18 and accepted at the waste landfill in Rokitno on the basis of an agreement for the transfer of this type of waste which the Contracting Authority has concluded with Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Wodociągów i Kanalizacji Sp. z o.o. in Lublin.
