TENDER DESCRIPTION
The procedure for awarding a public contract is conducted in the form of an open tender, pursuant to Article 132 of the Public Procurement Law. The subject of the contract is the provision of a service involving the collection and management of municipal waste from inhabited and uninhabited properties, as well as the collection and management of waste delivered by residents of the municipality to the PSZOK point in the area of the Municipality of Ochotnica Dolna in 2027.
