TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the performance of a service involving the collection and management (recovery or disposal) of municipal waste originating from residential properties within the City and Municipality of Lubowidz and from the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point (PSZOK) located in m. Lubowidz, ul. Podświętna 18C, 09-304 Lubowidz, in a manner ensuring the achievement of appropriate levels of preparation for re-use and recycling of municipal waste and limiting the mass of municipal waste undergoing biodegradation that is transferred for landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in communes (Journal of Laws 2025, item 733, as amended). 2.
