TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the collection of municipal waste from the following municipalities, which constitute separate sectors 1) Sector X – the area of the Komorniki municipality. 2. The waste will be collected: 1) from property owners in whose properties residents live, 2) from holiday cottages or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes (if they arise), 3) from the Selective Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) located on the plot with cadastral register no.: a) 1216/2 located within the administrative unit of Plewiska in the Komorniki municipality (Sector X), 4) from pharmacies located in: a) the Komorniki municipality – Sector X (collection of expired medicines), 5) from e-waste collection points located at: a) Komorniki, Stawna Street, in the parking lot by the Health Centre building (Sector X), b) Komorniki, Plewiska, Zielarska Street 2 (Sector X), 6) from properties indicated by the Contracting Authority if such a need arises pursuant to the provisions of Article 6 of the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Sector X). 3.
