TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the collection of municipal waste from the area of the following municipalities, which constitute separated sectors: 1) Sector XVII – the area of the Stęszew Municipality. 2. The waste will be collected: 1) from property owners where residents live, 2) from summer cottages or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes, 3) from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) located on the plot with land register (evid.) number: a) 182/11 located in the town of Witobel in the Stęszew Municipality (Sector XVII), 4) from pharmacies located within: a) the Stęszew Municipality – Sector XVII (collection of expired medicines), 5) from electropoints located at: a) Stęszew, Poznańska 11 Street, at the Municipal Office of the Stęszew Municipality (Sector XVII). 6) from properties indicated by the Contracting Authority if such need arises pursuant to the provisions of Article 6 of the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Sector XVII). 3.
