TENDER DESCRIPTION

4.1 The subject matter of the contract is the provision of a service in the following scope: 1) collecting municipal waste from owners of residential and non-residential properties located in the territory of the gmina Leśna and transporting it to the Regional Waste Processing Installation in Lubań – the Waste Utilization Centre of the Łużyce gminas at ul. Bazaltowa 1 in Lubań; 2) equipping the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point (PSZOK) with containers; 3) collection on request via BDO of waste from the PSZOK and transporting it to the RIPOK in Lubań; 4) mobile collection of bulky waste. 4.2 A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in the Detailed Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (SOPZ) – Annex 1 to these SWZ. 4.3 Designation according to the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV). 90500000 – 2 Waste-related services, 90511000 – 2 Waste collection services, 90513100 – 7 Household waste collection services, 90512000 – 9 Waste transport services, 90511300 – 4 Litter collection services.
