TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of this contract is the collection of municipal waste from residents of the town and the Myślenice municipality and the transport of all waste to the Waste Disposal Plant Sp. z o.o., ul. Andrzeja Średniawskiego 35, 32-400 Myślenice, which has a landfill in Myślenice, ul. K. Ujejskiego 341, referred to as the "Plant". The collection and transport of waste shall cover exclusively municipal waste, with exclusion of rubble, bulky waste and hazardous waste, the definitions of which are contained in the By-law on maintaining cleanliness and order in the area of the Town and the Myślenice Municipality.
