TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the performance of a service consisting in the successive collection and processing of waste (recovery and/or disposal) with code 19 12 12 – other waste (including mixed substances and items) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those listed in 19 12 11, originating from the Municipal Waste Utilisation Plant „Stary Las” Sp. z o. o, baled waste in an amount constituting the basic (guaranteed) contract 2 500 Mg. The Contracting Authority does not specify the method of recovery and/or disposal of the waste. It is for the Contractor to determine the process in which it will be managed, excluding the D5 process. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of making use of the right of option, in accordance with Article 441 of the Pzp Act. The right of option covers the scope of the subject matter indicated in the Description of the subject matter of the contract and assumes an increase in the quantity of the service for collection and management of the waste in relation to the basic contract, by a maximum of 1 500 Mg.
