TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is a service for the collection, transport and processing of waste at an installation for the production of alternative fuel, classified in accordance with the current waste catalogue—under code ex 19 12 12—other waste (including mixed substances and items) from mechanical waste treatment other than those listed in 19 12 11, produced as a result of a mechanical shredding process of bulky waste with code 20 03 07. Detailed conditions concerning the subject of the contract: 1. Waste will be collected from the Regional Waste Recovery Centre in Krosno, at ul. Białobrzeskiej 108, in an amount of approx. 400 Mg of waste, at irregular time intervals, 2. The Contractor shall bear the costs of transporting the waste. 3. The Contracting Authority shall bear the costs of loading. 4. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to hand over a smaller quantity of waste than indicated above in the event that reasons arise beyond the Contracting Authority’s control (e.g. handing over to the Contracting Authority by waste producers/suppliers of a smaller amount of waste, etc.), provided that the amount of waste handed over will not be less than 250 Mg. 5.
