TENDER DESCRIPTION
collection, transport and disposal of medical waste - 21/ODP-MED/2026 III. DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THE CONTRACT: 1. The subject matter of the contract is: Collection, transport and disposal of medical waste, CPV code: 90524000-6 2. A detailed schedule including the collection locations, dates, and estimated quantities of waste is available in Annexes No 3 and 3a to the SWZ “Waste collection schedule” 3. The contract is not divided into parts and does not allow submission of partial tenders: The Contracting Authority did not divide this procedure into parts because the subject matter of the contract constitutes a single indivisible whole. In addition, dividing the contract would be unjustified in factual and economic terms and could generate excessive costs of performing the contract, or also create the need to coordinate the activities of various contractors performing the individual parts of the contract, which could seriously jeopardise proper performance of the agreement.
