TENDER DESCRIPTION

I. 1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a service titled Collection, transport and management of municipal waste from property owners where residents live and from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Punkt Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych) – in the Municipality of Jerzmanowice-Przeginia from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027. 2. The subject matter of the contract is specified in detail in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia (OPZ)), which constitutes Appendix No 1 to the SWZ. 3. This procurement procedure is covered by option rights.
