TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste (including hazardous waste) from property owners and bus stops within the Piątnica municipality in accordance with the provisions of the regulations, WPGO, u.u.c.p.g. and the Waste Act. The scope of the contract covers all residential properties located within the Piątnica municipality and public places where, in accordance with u.u.c.p.g., the contracting authority is required to maintain cleanliness and order (i.e., inter alia, properties owned by the Piątnica Municipality—communication stops). The list of addresses of those properties from which waste will be collected (including properties where biowaste is composted in backyard composters) will be provided by the Piątnica Municipality to the Contractor awarded the contract, no later than one business day after the contract is signed. The number of residential properties from which municipal waste will be collected may change during the performance of the Contract.
