TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract includes: 1) collection and transport and management at municipal installations of waste from owners of residential and non-residential properties within the area of the Czerwieńsk Commune, where municipal waste is generated, with the frequency specified in the Regulations on maintaining cleanliness and order in the area of the Czerwieńsk Commune and in the SWZ, 2) management of waste with due regard to the recovery or disposal indicators for the collected municipal waste, in accordance with the Waste Act and the ucpg Act with respect to the municipal waste collected from owners of properties within the area of the Czerwieńsk Commune, 3) preparation of reports in accordance with applicable regulations, 4) providing, for the duration of the contract, property owners with containers for non-segregated waste (mixed waste, which also includes ash from domestic stoves) and for separately collected waste, and equipping properties with bags for separately collected waste (metals and plastics as well as paper, glass, bio) by individual fractions for property owners within the area of the Czerwieńsk Commune.
