TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from property owners of residential properties and from the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point (PSZOK) within the area of the Tomaszów Lubelski Commune. 4.1. The subject of the contract will be performed in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods, and limiting the mass of municipal waste undergoing biodegradation delivered for disposal to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in communes (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733) and implementing acts, as well as the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Lublin Voivodeship in force during the period of performance of the contract and the provisions of local law. 4.2.
