TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is to provide a service involving the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from owners of residential properties located within the territory of the Janów Lubelski commune, and from the Punkt Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych (Selective Collection Point for Municipal Waste). The estimated amount of municipal waste is 4,200 Mg. The provided quantities of municipal waste, i.e. 4,500 Mg, are intended to enable the Contractor to prepare its offer. The actual quantities of waste collected may decrease or increase by a maximum of 10%. Settlements between the Contracting Authority and the Contractor will be carried out based on the quantities of waste actually collected. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Appendix No 1 to the SWZ.
