TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the performance of a service consisting of the collection, transport and management of municipal waste originating from the area of the City of Sulejówek. The performance of the service includes: 1) collection, transport and management of municipal waste from properties where residents live, located within the administrative boundaries of the City of Sulejówek, 2) the organisation and operation of a stationary Point of Selective Collection of Municipal Waste, hereinafter referred to as PSZOK, including receiving waste delivered by residents from residential properties, selectively collected, together with their subsequent transport and management, 3) collection, transport and disposal of waste with code 20 01 32 from pharmacies in the area of the City of Sulejówek. 2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Appendix No 1 to the SWZ. 3. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Pzp Act.
