TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste – waste code 20 03 01, in an amount from 2,000 Mg to 3,000 Mg. The Contractor is obliged to collect waste from the Ordering Party’s collection points: in the town of Krzyżówka, Radziejowice commune (gm.). Collection will take place from Monday to Friday between 7:00 and 14:00 (excluding statutory public holidays), after prior submission of a demand by the Ordering Party by telephone or email: in the case of a demand submitted by 10:00 – by 14:00 on the next working day, and in the case of a demand submitted after 10:00 – by 14:00 on the second working day following the day on which the demand was submitted. Loading of waste is carried out using means and at the expense of the Ordering Party; the Contractor’s vehicle is weighed before and after loading on the Ordering Party’s legalised scale, and transport is recorded in BDO.
