TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. Organising the collection of selectively collected waste, biodegradable waste and unsorted (mixed) municipal waste, including their transport and management, originating from properties inhabited in the Municipality of Pyskowice. By the term “inhabited properties”, the Contracting Authority understands: properties in the Municipality of Pyskowice where residents live and properties referred to in Article 6j(4) of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in gminas (Journal of Laws 2025, item 733). The Contractor undertakes that it will perform the subject matter of the contract in accordance with resolutions of the Municipal Council in Pyskowice; it will manage the collected waste in accordance with the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2023, item 1587, as amended), the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in gminas (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2025, item 733), and also the requirements for environmental protection as well as the Waste Management Plan for the Silesian Voivodeship. 2.
