TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a service involving the collection, transport and management of the municipal waste indicated in point 2, collected within the area of inhabited properties and on properties partly inhabited, and partly used to conduct business activity, public utility buildings, properties used for recreational and leisure purposes, and from the Punkt Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych, hereinafter referred to as properties, located within the area of the Gmina Ustronie Morskie, hereinafter referred to as the Gmina or PSZOK. 2. The scope of the contract includes, throughout the performance period of the contract, the collection, transport and management of waste at a municipal waste processing installation: 1) waste collected separately in containers at source: a) in yellow containers – collected together: plastics, metals, multi-material packaging excluding packaging after plant protection products, medical products and poisons, b) in brown containers – bio-waste, in particular kitchen waste, i.e. solid food leftovers (excluding waste of animal origin – bones, droppings), vegetable and fruit waste, green waste, i.e. tree and shrub…
