TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract includes the collection, transport and management of the municipal waste specified in the description of the subject matter of the contract from residential properties located within the Gozdowo Municipality and from PSZOK, in a manner ensuring that the level of preparation for reuse and recycling of municipal waste specified in Article 3b(1)(2) of the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities of 13 September 1996 (Dz.U. of 2025, item 733) is achieved, and the limitation of the mass of municipal waste subject to biodegradation, transferred for landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the above-mentioned Act, the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Mazowieckie Voivodeship 2030 adopted by Resolution No 9/25 of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship Regional Assembly (Sejmik Województwa Mazowieckiego) of 25 February 2025, and in accordance with the Cleanliness and Order Regulations in force during the term of the contract in the Gozdowo Municipality.
