TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the provision, in the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027, of services entitled “Collection, transport and management of municipal waste from residential properties within the Boleszkowice Commune”, which includes: 1.1. collection, transport and management of mixed municipal waste from the owners of all residential properties located within the Boleszkowice Commune, in accordance with applicable provisions of law; 1.2. collection, transport and management of municipal waste collected in a selective manner: a) in bags from the owners of residential properties in single-family and farmstead housing, b) in containers from the owners of residential properties in multi-family housing, 1.3. direct collection, transport and management, from residential properties, of so-called bulky municipal waste collected in a selective manner; 1.4. equipping residential properties with bags for selective waste collection, i.e. plastics/metals, glass and paper; the bags must be made of LDPE or HDPE plastic, preventing them from tearing during normal operation. 2.
