TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Contractor is obliged to transfer unsorted (mixed) municipal waste collected from property owners of residential properties within the territory of the Mykanów Municipality to municipal facilities in accordance with applicable legal provisions. The Contractor is obliged to transfer separately collected municipal waste collected from property owners to recovery or disposal installations, in accordance with the waste management hierarchy in accordance with the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended). Note: The subject matter of the contract is the collection and management of the entire stream of municipal waste generated within the Mykanów Municipality from residential properties, assuming no limit on the quantity of unsorted (mixed) and separately collected waste collected from residents. The Contracting Authority does not allow the collection of municipal waste ordered by the Contracting Authority jointly with waste from another municipality or with any other waste.
