TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from owners of both residential and non-residential properties (holiday plots on which there are holiday cottages or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes) within the area of Bytoń Municipality. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is provided in Annex No 4 to the Terms of Reference (Specyfikacja Warunków Zamówienia). 2. The detailed obligations of the Contractor with regard to performing the subject matter of the contract are set out in the designed contract provisions for a public contract - Annex No 1 to the Terms of Reference (Specyfikacja Warunków Zamówienia). 3. The Contracting Authority does not allow submission of partial tenders – justification for the lack of division of the contract into parts: Dividing the subject contract into parts is unjustified from a technical and organisational point of view. Dividing the scope into parts that would constitute the entirety of the contract would entail excessive technical difficulties and excessive costs of performing the contract.
