Collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the area of the Chlewiska Commune 1. The subject of the contract is task no.: “Collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the area of the Chlewiska Commune”, consisting in providing services: collection, transport and management of municipal waste originating from residential properties located within the territory of the Chlewiska commune, in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods, and limiting the mass of municipal waste with a biodegradability component sent for landfill, as well as collection and management of waste from the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point in Chlewiska. The scope of the contract is specified in Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ, Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract, hereinafter referred to as OPZ. 2.
