TENDER DESCRIPTION

4.1. The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from property owners in the area of the Municipality and Town of Rudnik nad Sanem in 2027. The estimated amount of municipal waste is approx. 2550.65 Mg. The provided quantities of municipal waste, i.e. 2550.65 Mg, are intended to enable the Contractor to prepare the tender. This quantity has been determined for the purpose of estimating the contract value. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to reduce the amount of waste collected without any right to seek claims. Settlement between the Contracting Authority and the Contractor will be carried out based on the quantities of waste actually collected, broken down by type. At the same time, pursuant to Article 433 point 4) of the Public Procurement Law (Pzp), the Contracting Authority informs that the minimum value of the service is 1600 Mg. 4.2.
