TENDER DESCRIPTION
The scope of the subject contract for Part 1 includes the collection, transport and management/disposal of municipal waste from residential and non-residential properties in the area of Gmina Jasienica in accordance with the provisions of the Waste Act. The detailed scope and description of the subject matter of the contract are set out in the following attachments to the SWZ: - description of the subject matter of the contract (appendix No 6 for Part 1), - draft contractual provisions (appendix No 3 for Part 1).
