The subject of the contract is: a) collecting directly from properties and transporting to MPGK Krosno, Waste Treatment Plant in Krosno, ul. Białobrzeska 108, non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste and separately collected waste excluding furnace ash produced by owners of residential properties located within the area of the Lesko Commune; b) collecting directly from properties, transporting and managing furnace ash produced by owners of residential properties located within the area of the Lesko Commune; A residential property shall be understood as farmstead buildings, single-family housing and multi-family housing.
