TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the area of the Nowa Ruda Municipality in the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028 (basic contract), with a provided option right covering the provision of services in the period from 1 January 2029 to 31 December 2029, on the terms set out in this SWZ and in the draft provisions of the contract. The subject of the contract is the provision of municipal services in the scope of collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the area of the Nowa Ruda Municipality, originating from owners of properties covered by the municipal system for municipal waste management, including: I. residential properties and summer cottages or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes — unsorted (mixed) municipal waste and separately collected waste: paper, glass, plastics and metals, multi-material packaging waste, bio-waste, used electrical and electronic equipment and furniture and other bulky waste.
