TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The contract is titled: “Collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the area of the Poraj Commune”. 2. The subject matter of the contract is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from properties located in the area of the Poraj Commune as well as from the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point (Punkt Selektywnej Zbiórki Odpadów Komunalnych) (PSZOK). 3. The scope of the contract includes the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the area of the following properties: • single-family properties, • multi-family properties, • non-residential properties, held by the Poraj Commune and its organisational units, • the Municipal Waste Selective Collection Point within the area of the Poraj Commune. 4. A detailed description and the method of performing the contract is provided in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Contract (Opis Przedmiotu Zamówienia), which constitutes Appendix No 2 to the SWZ. 1.
