The subject of the contract is: a service consisting in the collection, transport and management of biodegradable kitchen waste (i.e. post-consumer waste with code 20 01 08 in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Climate of 2 January 2020 on the waste catalogue (Journal of Laws 2020, item 10) or animal by-products (Category 3 material) in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1069/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 October 2009 (OJ L 300/1 of 14.11.2009)) produced by military kitchens and mess halls.
