TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the contract is the collection and transport of mixed waste, bio-waste, bulky waste, as well as the collection, transport and management of waste collected in a manner that is selective (paper, metals and plastics, glass) from properties included in the municipal solid waste collection system organized by the City of Poznań, in accordance with the Description of the subject matter of the contract (also referred to as “OPZ”), constituting Appendix No 1 to the contract and the terms for performance of the contract, which are specified in the Contract template for part I, II, IV, VI, VII and VIII – Appendix No 11 to the SWZ.
