TENDER DESCRIPTION

Collection, transport and management of waste from the public facilities and areas of the Municipality of Tarnów in 2027. 1) The contract covers the collection of municipal waste from public areas and facilities of the Municipality of Tarnów such as: bus stops, village centres, playgrounds (waste code 20 03 01 – unsorted mixed municipal waste), municipal cemeteries (waste code – 20 02 03 – other waste not subject to biodegradation) and the management of collected waste, through recovery or disposal, in a manner ensuring the achievement of the appropriate recycling levels, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods, and limiting the mass of waste subject to biodegradation that is delivered for landfill, as referred to in the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in gminas (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733 – consolidated text). 2) The waste collection service shall be understood as emptying containers or bins at bus stops /public areas/ squares, sweeping and removing municipal waste (including also from bags) from the area located in the immediate vicinity of the bus stop, i.e. up to 10 metres in each direction, counting from the post or the…
