TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management through the processing and recovery process of waste with code 19 12 12 (over-sieve fraction >80 mm) from the Municipal Installation in Gwiazdowo, Sławno municipality, in an estimated quantity of 10,000.00 Mg 1. The detailed description, scope and conditions of the subject matter of the contract required by the Ordering Party, consisting of the subject of the service and the manner of performance of the contract, is contained in the Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ), which constitutes Appendix No 1 to the SWZ. 2. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change the quantity of waste provided in the OPZ and the SWZ.
