1. The subject of the contract includes the collection, transport and discharge of landfill leachate from the facility of the Częstochowa Municipal Utilities Company Sp. z o.o. in Sobuczyn. 2. Scope of the contract: 2.1. Place of disposal of landfill leachate: Water and Sewerage Company in Częstochowa, receiving point ul. Wały Dwernickiego in Częstochowa 2.2. The quantity of landfill leachate to be collected, transported and discharged under the contract during the term of the contract amounts to: -- minimum quantity 10 000,00 Mg -- maximum quantity 40 000,00 Mg. 2.3. Instructions regarding the dates and quantities of leachate to be hauled will be issued by the Contracting Authority with one-day notice, with the required daily quantity for hauling leachate amounting to max. 150 Mg. 2.4. The discharge of leachate at the receiving point specified above must take place at the hours of: 6:00 – 9:00 and 18:00 – 22:00. 1.
