TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is: 1) collection of municipal waste listed in the OPZ generated and collected at all properties within the area of the Gmina and Town of Odolanów: a) where residents live; b) where residents do not live, which properties are covered by a waste management system organised by the municipality and where municipal waste is generated; c) and at the properties referred to in Article 6c(2b) of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in communes (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733, as amended). 2) transport of waste to a municipal installation operated by the Regional Waste Management Plant Sp. z o. o., ul. Staroprzygodzka 121, 63-400 Ostrów Wielkopolski. 2. OPTION. The Contracting Authority is entitled to commission the Contractor with an additional scope of work covering the collection and transport of all types of waste described in the description of the subject matter of the contract ("Option").
