Reconstruction of the bridge on Komuny Paryskiej Street in Wałbrzych 1. The subject of the contract is the execution of a construction project involving the demolition and construction of a new engineering structure (culvert) in Wałbrzych along municipal road no. 116752D (Komuny Paryskiej Street) over the Szczawnik River as part of the investment task entitled: “Reconstruction of the bridge on Komuny Paryskiej Street”. 1.1. The detailed scope of works to be carried out under the contract is set out in Annex No. 3 – Design documentation together with STWiORB. 1.2. The Contracting Authority informs that, as of the date of initiation of the procedure, it is in the process of obtaining decisions and permits necessary for the implementation of the investment, in particular: the decision of the Voivodeship Conservator of Monuments in Wrocław, the water-law permit, and the decision granting permission to construct. 1.3. Main scope of works: 1.3.1.
