TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of this contract is the design and execution of the Investment titled: “Reconstruction of the Wastewater Treatment Plant in Paczków.” The subject of the contract includes the comprehensive implementation of the Investment, in particular: a) preparing complete design documentation, obtaining all necessary administrative decisions, opinions and arrangements required by law, including, inter alia, a building permit and (if applicable) updates to the water-law permit; b) carrying out all Construction Works and supplying machines and equipment in accordance with the approved design documentation and PFU; c) providing author’s supervision during the execution of construction works; d) carrying out the full process of Commissioning and Trial Operation (Operational Testing) together with confirmation of the achievement of the Control Parameters and the Ecological Effect; e) obtaining, on behalf of the Contracting Authority, the final decision on the occupancy/usage permit; f) granting the Warranty under the terms set out in the agreement; g) providing Service (Service Care) during a period of 12 months from the date of signing the Final acceptance protocol for the…
