TENDER DESCRIPTION

Reconstruction of a culvert along ul. Racula-Głogowska in Zielona Góra as part of the task Modernisation of bridge structures and culverts. 1) The subject of the contract is the reconstruction of a culvert over a watercourse located along the district road no. 4432F ul. Racula-Głogowska in Zielona Góra. 2) A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Appendix No. I.4 to the SWZ and in the documents referred to in point 3.4 of the SWZ. 3) The subject of the contract must be carried out in accordance with the design documentation and the Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Works included in Appendix No. I.6 to the SWZ. Note: Appendix No. I.6 to the SWZ also contains bills of quantities. The Contracting Authority informs that the above bills of quantities constitute only an auxiliary document — the quantities provided in the bill of quantities do not form the basis for the Contractor’s valuation of the subject of the contract, and only serve to determine the technology for executing the works.
