TENDER DESCRIPTION

Sectional repair of forest roads in the Forest Districts of Dąbki, Ustronie, Zielony Dół, Legbąd, Woziwoda. The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works consisting in the sectional repair of forest roads in the Forest Districts of Dąbki, Ustronie, Zielony Dół, Legbąd, Woziwoda. The quantities of work indicated in the documentation forming part of the scope of the contract (and priced by the Contractor in the bill of quantities constituting part of the Tender) are of an estimated nature. The quantities of work commissioned for execution during the performance of the subject contract may be less than the quantities presented in the SWZ, which nevertheless cannot constitute a basis for any claims by the Contractor against the Contracting Authority regardless of their legal basis. During the performance of the Contract, the Contracting Authority may commission a scope of work smaller than that indicated in the SWZ; however, it may not be smaller than the scope amounting to the equivalent of 70% of the Remuneration.
