Renewal of the road surface of the Poviat road No 5137E, ul. Południowa, in Ozorków 1. The subject of the contract is the performance of construction works consisting in the renewal of the road surface of the Poviat road No 5137E, ul. Południowa, in Ozorków. 3. Detailed guidelines regarding the performance of the subject of the contract, constituting the description of the subject of the contract, are included in the following documents: 1) Draft contract — Appendix No 4 to the SWZ; 2) Technical documentation — Appendix No 5 to the SWZ. 4. Bill of quantities for works, forming part of the design documentation — Appendix No 5 to the SWZ, has an auxiliary character. The Contractor is obliged to carefully verify the quantities of works with the documentation of this SWZ. Due to the fact that the contract for construction works will be a lump-sum contract, in the event that during the execution of the works there is a greater amount of works in any position of the bill of quantities, it shall not be deemed additional works entitling the Contractor to claim additional remuneration.
