TENDER DESCRIPTION

1) The subject of the contract is the renewal of the Red Hat subscription. 2) A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Part II of the SWZ and Part IV of the SWZ. 3) If, in the description of the subject of the contract, the Contracting Authority has indicated trademarks, patents, origin, source, standards, technical evaluations, technical specifications or technical reference systems, they should be understood as an indication accompanied by the words “or equivalent”.
