TENDER DESCRIPTION
Maintenance and upgrade of existing HR system licences – annual maintenance includes new versions of the application, adjustments and alignment of the system with statutory changes, and support in system operation. The Contractor undertakes to provide the HR Plus maintenance and upgrade service, which comprises the following: 1. Preventive maintenance and system monitoring 2. Corrective maintenance 3. Adaptive maintenance 4. Licences by category. A detailed description of the subject of procurement is provided in the chapter “Description of the subject of procurement”, which is an attachment to these Procurement Documentation – ANNEX 1, and the quantities shown in the Cost Schedule – ANNEX 2.
