TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Fruit and Vegetable Traders Register System (hereinafter referred to as the System) of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Authority) was developed with the aim of aligning national legislation with the legal framework of the European Union, which requires transparent, effective and digitised monitoring of traders (legal and natural persons) who carry out trading activities in the fruit and vegetable sector. This System enables competent authorities, traders and other interested parties simpler access to information about registered entities, issued documents and their compliance statuses. In order to ensure continuous, reliable, correct and optimal operation of the System, it is necessary to provide maintenance and support for the system. Using the System, the need for additional functionalities and adaptations of the existing ones has been identified, and it is necessary to modify the System.
