TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contracting authority carries out an open procedure of public procurement in order to conclude a contract with a single economic operator for entrusting the performance of a municipal activity of maintaining public green areas and maintaining the cleanliness of public areas, in accordance with the provisions of Article 50 of the Communal Economy Act ("Official Gazette" (Narodne novine) No. 68/18, 110/18, 32/20 and 145/24) and the provisions of the Decision on determining communal activities that are performed on the basis of a written contract ("Official Gazette of Varaždin County" (Službeni vjesnik Varaždinske županije) No. 78/20 and 17/25). The subject of procurement is the provision of municipal activity services which ensure the maintenance of municipal infrastructure, i.e. maintenance of public green areas and maintenance of the cleanliness of public areas in the area of the City of Lepoglava.
