TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement is the maintenance of X-ray devices for the Rapiscan Eagle P60 model, at the location of the Regional Customs Office Rijeka, Customs Office Rijeka, Service for RGP Luka Rijeka, Brajdica 14, 51000 Rijeka, serial number: P60-273, year of manufacture: 2023, and the Rapiscan Eagle M60ZBX, at the location of the Regional Customs Office Split, Customs Office Ploče, Service for RGP Ploče, Glavna cesta 2, 20340 Ploče, serial number: 104, year of manufacture: 2023, in the form of preventive quarterly and semi-annual servicing according to the manufacturer’s instructions, as well as corrective maintenance for a period of six (6) months, which includes all device maintenance costs, regular and extraordinary services, all calls and assistance via remote access, faulty parts of the device including their procurement and transport to bring the device into full functionality, and training of authorised customs officers and operators in accordance with the Cost Schedule (more about the subject of procurement in the Appendix to the Procurement Documentation - Technical Specification).
