TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the procurement are maintenance services for the NetVision DAM system and other NetVision software products needed for the management and analysis of EES operations in real-time and for short-term planning in accordance with the Technical Specification and Cost Estimate. The subject of the procurement is the maintenance of the ERP system of HOPS business applications and the GIS system. The applications required for the daily operations of the Contracting Authority are the result of internal development within HEP from the period when HOPS was an integral part of the HEP Group. After the separation from the HEP Group, the applications continue to be maintained, modified, and adapted to legal regulations and HOPS business needs. The business application system has been supplemented with components that enable e-business and a Digital platform.
