TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement is “Maintenance of Panther licenses”, and it refers to the maintenance service for development and server licenses for the existing Prolifics Panther development tool. The scope of the specified service included in the maintenance for the Prolifics Panther development tool is determined by the manufacturer of the tool Prolifics, and it includes at least the following: - upgrade to new software versions or obtaining new software versions - bug fixes – resolving all identified and reported bugs - license migration from server to server (generation of new license.dat files). The Tenderer is required to keep records of interventions and describe each intervention. The records form an integral part of the minutes on properly performed services, which are submitted together with the monthly maintenance invoice. For reporting a malfunction and recording interventions, the Tenderer and the Contracting Authority conclude a protocol by which they prescribe the methods and procedures, and which must be agreed upon and mutually accepted.
