TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of procurement is the maintenance of the access transmission telecommunication system for the purpose of connecting secondary control systems of the EES owned by HOPS and providing related services. The access telecommunication system subject to procurement consists of two main parts: a) Digital cross-connects, Connection Master type, manufactured by DNWP. b) Central control management system, SGRwin type, manufactured by CIC. Also, the subject of procurement includes the maintenance of synchronization access network devices of HOPS (devices type OSA 542X and OSA 3350 Cesium clock, manufactured by Adtran), DWDM transmission devices type FSP3000C, manufactured by Adtran, for the purpose of redundant connections of Network Centers (NC) with the National Dispatch Center (NDC) and the Reserve National Dispatch Center (RDC) and providing related services. For these devices, a central control management system type Mosaic Network Controller, manufactured by Adtran, with a module for control and management of synchronization devices type Mosaic Sync Director, is used.
