TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the procurement is the maintenance of the access transmission telecommunications system for the purpose of connecting secondary control systems of the EES owned by HOPS and providing related services. The access telecommunications system subject to the procurement consists of two basic parts: a) Digital cross-connects, type Connection Master, manufacturer DNWP. b) Central control management system, type SGRwin, manufacturer CIC. Also, the subject of the procurement is the maintenance of synchronization access network devices of HOPS (devices type OSA 542X and OSA 3350 Cesium clock, manufacturer Adtran), DWDM transmission devices type FSP3000C, manufacturer Adtran, for the purpose of redundant connections of Network Centers (MC) with the National Dispatch Center (NDC) and the Reserve National Dispatch Center (RDC) and provision of related services. For these devices, a central control management system type Mosaic Network Controller, manufacturer Adtran, is used, with a module for control and management of synchronization devices type Mosaic Sync Director.
